In this article, I’m going to cover everything about how can you track Elementor for submission with a Google tag manager ( GTM ) and send that event in Google Analytics 4.

Google Analytics 4 can’t track form submissions by default. sometimes it can track form submissions but 95% of it’s not able to detect forms submitted on your website.

How to set up google tag manager on the WordPress website?

Step.1 – Create an account on the Google tag manager website by clicking on Create an account.

Step.2 – Enter the required information. and select “web”

Step.3 – Install the Google tag manager code on your website before closing </head>. You can use a popular WordPress plugin called Header Footer Code Manager. If you can’t do this pls contact us we’d love to help you.

Add elementor form Event Listner

To track Elementor form conversions in your analytics and advertising platform, you’ll need Google Tag Manager, and the Elementor form submits event listener javascript code.

Start by creating a custom HTML tag where you’ll paste the event listener code and fire it on pageview or DOM ready. Copy and paste the below in your tag manager.

Step -1. create a new tag and name it a “eventlistner” Select tag type ” Custom HTML” and paste above code.
